This toolkit has been designed by the Bar Council in consultation with the Bar Council’s Race Working Group, the Retention Panel and the EDSM Commitee.
This toolkit provides chambers with guidance as to the ways in which monitoring income/receipts can be done and used to assess the distribution of income and the equitable distribution of work. The focus of this toolkit is race. It provides practical guidance on how to monitor income data and what steps to take if problems are identified.
