This guide provides chambers with information on support that may be provided for members and staff experiencing menopausal symptoms.  It includes ideas on assistance chambers can provide and a sample policy which chambers can adapt if they choose to have a menopause policy or include reference to menopause in an existing wellbeing policy.

Note: It is not a regulatory requirement (ref. BSB Handbook) for chambers to have a menopause policy.
